PerPic Privacy Policy

PerPic is operated by Circles App LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the PerPic mobile application.

Our approach to privacy

PerPic is designed to work primarily on your device. You do not need to create an account to take photos. PerPic does not sell your personal information, display third-party advertising, or track you across apps and websites.

Photos and camera data

PerPic uses your device’s camera when you grant camera permission. Photos captured in PerPic are stored locally on your device.

PerPic accesses your Photos library only when you choose to import an image or export a photo. Exported photos remain in your Photos library until you delete them there.

PerPic does not upload your captured photos or camera sessions to our servers.

On-device photo analysis

PerPic may analyze photos on your device to help identify strong images from a session. This processing may evaluate visual characteristics, including sharpness, exposure, composition, and face landmarks.

This analysis runs on your device. PerPic does not use facial recognition to identify you, does not create a biometric identity profile, and does not send your photos or face information to us or to RevenueCat. Analysis results may be stored locally with your session.

Inspiration albums

If you create an inspiration album, the images you select and its album information are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded by PerPic.

Device motion

PerPic may use device motion information to provide camera leveling guides. This information is processed on your device and is not stored or shared with third parties.

Subscriptions and purchases

PerPic offers optional subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payments and payment credentials. PerPic does not receive your complete payment card information.

PerPic uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and provide access to paid features. RevenueCat may process purchase history, subscription
